This documentary follows filmmaker David Paul Baker from 2011-2012. We see him make his horror film SCREEN become a reality because of online relationships. The documentary will be released near the end of 2012.

Until then, you can also follow him on a weekly doc web series with exclusive content that is not in the documentary. This series has more of a universal theme to it. "Like" the FB page to follow.

He gives a transparent insight into the new world of filmmaking. A world where filmmakers finance from crowd funding, shoot with inexpensive production and post kit, and build global audiences.

David, "The technology and new web platforms are giving us control, but we can't forget they are only tools. We still have to merge that with original and ambitious story telling. We also have to evolve with the times and develop entrpreneurial skills."

Despite the new digital world, his approach is still old school. Hustle a little cash, borrow a camera, and let the world see your work. If you get good with regular practise, you build an audience. "You don't need to dream anymore, you can do it"
